What are so-called diseases and how do they arise?

The cause is always a most severe, highly acute-dramatic and isolative conflict shock that »catches us on the wrong foot«. For example, an accident of one’s own child, a loss of work or a medical diagnosis.

This conflict shock is called »DHS« (Dirk-Hamer-Syndrome) in the Germanic Health Science and immediately starts a Sensible Biological Special Program (SBS) to help resolve the experienced biological conflict.

Both the type and the localization of the SBS is determined by an involuntary thought assignment and past the filter of our mind at the moment of the DHS.

It is these SBSs that are commonly referred to as diseases. However, the above does not apply to accidents, poisoning or malnutrition.
