This doesn’t give any confidence at all, you know… When I look at your page and see “The parcel is on its way to the final parcel center” and this is now that status for multiple days AND I get a message saying “Don’t worry, we always know where your package is” … umm, no, no confidence at all…
Oh, yeah, it was supposed to arrive today - the surprise I was talking about (no, not Swarovski - that one arrived, will post separetely)
