There is *not* bound to be litigation over Harris on the presidential ballot.
No matter what pundits and typesetters think, the law here is actually crystal clear: if a major party nominates someone, that someone is on the ballot. That's state law in 50 states.
And, yes, "major party" is actually part of the scheme by which the GOP and the Dems block 3rd parties. But that doesn't matter.
It is the "major party" nomination that matters, and that hasn't happened yet.
