Even with the price increase of this wine it’s still cheaper in sats today. Everything gets cheaper on a #bitcoin standard.

Domaine de la Cote is fast becoming a Grand Cru of California. The estate is in a foggy region and one of the coolest AVA in California, which gives the wine their Burgundian vibes. Memorious is a seedling planted (in 2007) vineyard, sloped above the Santa Ynez River. The goal is to cultivate their own unique genetic selection of Pinot Noir adapted specifically for their micro climate. Pretty heady strategy, being a vigneron is all about low time preferences, same as the #hodl strategy of bitcoin.

Wine tasting notes from winter 2023:
Beautiful pale ruby with a slight medium ruby color at the core in the glass. Looks, smells and tastes young and built for age. Ripe black cherry, root beer-cola esque, floral and mushroom on the nose. The palate is absolutely gorgeous with tart cherry, minerality and spice with a hint of cordite. Gorgeously balanced acid and soft-lush tannins with a long finish. HODL (nprofile…gy2r) this is a good producer for your collection.
