Boomshakalaka. 😃 Passed 30000m of EG in the 12 first weeks of the year (avg of exactly 2500m per week). Don’t forget that I only have access to some hills (ok, maybe a few more than just some) here in Göteborg and not real mountains. Maybe good though… 🙈

Yeah, goal is not shared with running wife either. 😜

I prefer yearly goals over weekly/monthly ones. Yearly ones are better for consistency/continuity. And allow also to respond to “disturbances” (I had 4 flat days in Paris) by not having to immediately “counterattack” with all missed EG but by distributing it over a longer period. (Same goes for distance).
