The 645 folders are delightfully small, easily fitting into a pants pocket. And yes, getting 16 frames a roll is a nice thing. One side benefit of these folders that require using the red window for frame advancement is that you actually get 16 frames a roll rather than the 15 frames more modern cameras give you. As a mainly 35mm shooter, I’m fine with that smaller 6x4.5 negative.
