Mastodon Engagement Pro Tip: don't be afraid to boost your own posts at some other time of the day if you feel like they're bangers and not many people have seen it, or if they're in the replies of someone else and you want to put it on your followers timelines. Include enough context in your post that it doesn't become nonsense when seen standalone, but it's also okay to expect people to click in to see the rest of the preceding conversations.
Many of my biggest posts were in reply to other people or even myself.
