And I understand value of common culture. It's like a universal contract which can be easily adopted by a group of people (just like it's easier to start coding new project in a popular framework, than in a custom framework). But I don't think there's such strong thing as a universal culture adopted by all people. For this reason I don't believe in "ideal society" or universal ideology. Good cultures (= stable and valuing individual spirit) are limited by ethnic, class and intellectual contexts. For the latest there are quasi-subcultures like cottagecore, y2k, academies etc.
