Weaf :jv::nv: (npub104t…xphj) what's the "even though" about? Nobody's arguing that the US doesn't have a really lame reason to distribute BANNED clusterbombs. It's not even a faux pas for Biden to come out with the reason this time. People generally expect some kind of reason for actions. "I stabbed the old lady to get her money so that I could eat with it." is a reason for stabbing an old lady which won't much impress someone saying that you shouldn't stab old ladies.
