More like over $200 trillion when you count unfunded liabilities (debts which are owed with no means to pay), the vast bulk of which are owed to the citizens of the USA in the form of things like medicare and old age security which they've already paid for through taxes and similar contributions. Canuckistan is somewhere in the neighbourhood upwards of $4 trillion (for a population of ~40 million people) according to a study by the Fraser Institute a decade ago.
