I had a contract job upgrading all desktops in a large city government office from Windows 3.1 w/ Netware to Windows 98. They all moaned and groaned about the change being rammed down their throat, and how all would be worse. But then, a miracle happened. One of them saw #Clippy answering questions. A group of them huddled around a desk, yelling, "Check this out! Come over here!" They loved Clippy. The atmosphere became much friendlier, and we were able to do the rest in peace.
