"Not owned or controlled by any single entity". So why Spiral still doesn't work with devs in Iran?! Just because Spiral needs to follow US rules even if they are going to pay salaries using crypto-currencies to some expert people (not the terrorist government guys) who deserve it. Is it just a show off of freedom?
