Indeed. In December there were 15 candidates. Winner and runner up go to the second round unless the winner of first round gets 50%+1 of the total votes. Only once after 1989 a candidate got elected after round 1. It's a joke system meant to push only yesmen. Legacy media labels anyone criticizing this abomination as extremists. Lol.
