另一个角度看，问题点在两个人中的一个。
1.该项目的现场负责人是否发现了瓶颈卡点，并充分沟通提出过解决方案？
2.该项目的总部主管是否了解问题点，并是否做出过指导？
站在我个人的经验角度，我会更倾向于这是上级领导的责任。
因为如果是项目负责人没选好，没有基本的找到关键问题的能力，那本就是领导的责任。
其次，这个项目连续三年亏损，这么长时间，丫都不去现场看一眼的？
如果去现场看过，也没看出问题点，那这“常识性眼光”也非常糟糕。
一将无能，累死千军。
