Down the meshtastic rabbit hole. Got LILYGO T-ECHO and was able to get it going then used DFU ipad app to upgrade firmware to 2.5.5. The three RAK 4631s were a mixed bag. One wont connect bt to set region. I got all three units up to 2.5.5 anyway. So 2/3 of those working with the techo. Had to do some upgrades on windows which caused some cussing. Main issues were usb cable and other issues w Mac Linux Windows. Got a decent overview and will go back and make sure to use each system with a device/filesystem for good measure. Early days....
