Slept well, got up to sunshine and a bit of warmth, have the day at home so started on some garden maintenance full of vim and vigour. Then the sun went in and it turned cold so I am snuggled on the settee watching the paralympics (or I am trying to buy so far after 13minutes its all recaps and cheerful presenters, no actual competition)
