JFC, I'm so fucking sick of hidden fees on shit. If you advertise your rent is X, but then you bundle some mandatory monthly management company fees of $45, a fee to pay online of $2.50, a mandatory pest control fees of $20, and that's just the ones they've told me about so far, then the rent is actually $77.50 more per month. You're bilking me of almost $1000 more per year over the advertised rent....
