You can run orbot in VPN mode on your main profile then create a work profile and use your VPN and any apps in there, otherwise you'll have to root the device and do some setting up in something like nekobox and you'd be able to split tunnel your apps thru orbot, your VPN, and clearnet/i2p or whatever you need. Having an always on VPN won't allow you to split tunnel apps, so you'll be running tor through your VPN.
