The biggest problem with AuDHD is
Autism demands things make sense. Laws of physics must work, reality must be a continual, contiguous experience. There must be predictability.
And ADHD includes the uncontrollable and unpredictable magic power to make objects disappear from this plane of existence, completely violating the laws of physics and/or destroying the continuity of the experience of reality.
My own brain can be the trigger of a meltdown.
