I'm confused by the narrative of differentiating between social and technical problems

Most technical problems are based on personal opinions and therefore are just that: opinions

So if you want to discuss a technical problem with others you already face different opinions, which in itself is a social problem to figure out what's agreeable or desired by everybody involved

The IT space looks so technical, but everything is so much based on anecdotes, opinions and feelings, and rarely on facts
