Changing lifestyle (mainly focusing on calorie counting, eating better with having veggies on every meal, increasing protein intake, and keeping up with the dishes daily) and weight loss is going as planned.
If everything continues to go as I hope (despite a friend's b'day coming up and that meaning hearty amounts of food) I should be under 90kg in the bext weigh-in.
Also my arm muscles are clearly bigger and I haven't even re-started lifting yet! That'll be next in line. (:
