Netanyahu is apparently following through with his threat to shut down Al Jazeera in Israel, at least temporarily, because "national security".
The US, meanwhile is "continuing to make clear the importance of a free press" (paraphrasing, but pretty close to the original wording). Real strong words there, land-of-the-free.
History will remember what we did here, and it will not look kindly on us.
