Now, 53 years later, Lewis’ folly is reentering the public eye. A new German documentary about the movie is premiering...and a Hollywood producer recently announced that he had acquired the rights to the original script... That producer, Kia Jam, says he intends to mount a new version of the film as it was originally intended to be seen..."
