We've thought about it, but it's only workable with little snippets, and Asciidoc source blocks in 30041s already handle that use case well, and in an easily-identifiable/renderable manner, that we could simply further-define. Choosing to run it or not-run it is an implementation call, but would be useless with most snippets.
Anything larger than a snippet would need to be split up and indexed, to prevent it from making the relays vomit, which is already a problem with large #gnostr patches (kind 1617, which contains code). Some want to move off of git+relays to Blossom+relays, but this is trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist (make git distributed), with a solution that isn't one (change out one specialized, mature server with another, generalized, immature one). We're focused on deepening git integration. Git is extremely powerful and worth keeping.
