I feel the collective pull of my ancestors urging me to do and be better, but they have no idea how to bring that about.

I see ideals I cannot reach, and kid myself into thinking I'm reaching them, but I'm not.

I'm repeating unhealthy cycles, and I only know how to switch into different and equally unhealthy cycles, even though what I long for is barely out of reach.
