Today's cursed analysis: does someone posting underwear photos on their own fedi instance, with public visibility, trigger Part 5 (the porn rules) in the UK's Online Safety Act?

(I mean that they are wearing the underwear; I don't mean photos of pants etc.)

How will Ofcom draw the line between art and porn? How will Ofcom determine if the poster posted it for the purpose of sexual arousal (theirs? Someone else's?) or just body positivity?
