Diyana on Nostr: ...

Upon returning to the US, I felt a huge resistance and a clear 'No' that I wasn't ready to go back to the small town I'd been living in for 8 years. I wasn't ready to find a home and settle back down. The plan was never to leave but that's not how it panned out.
I was being guided to travel around and explore what else is out there in Cali. It worked out that I was able to do that in a somewhat unconventional and resourceful manner, which I feel has been a giant blessing - caring for pets and house in exchange for Airbnbs.
Last month I got the clear message: I am ready for a change of pace and it's time to orient toward a grounded abode. I am a little tired of the constant nomading.
But I am also in a phase of career reincarnation, which means it's hard to wrap my head around how I can afford to get into a grounded abode in the areas of CA I'd like to, in this transitional space I am in.
Yesterday morning I woke up with spontaneous instructions to look for live-in positions... Potentially caretaking... My preference would be estate, though I'm open to the right fit with elders, kids, animals etc.
This aligns with what my Vedic astrologer once said about being "the one who turns the switch on in the lighthouse."
Looking forward to exploring this route and finding my home and place to be grounded and nourished and of contribution. This I envision will free up some needed creative life force energy so I can better focus and take action on the community care project that's been germinating in me around contributing to and supporting the FOSS field and its contributors.
San Francisco is generally the region I am orienting toward. Though I'm actually open to other regions as well, including places in Europe or South and Central America - temporarily, seasonally, or longer term.
If you or someone you know has just the perfect opportunity, please reach out and let's link up and explore if there may be a match.
