My new gastro-e doctor says there’s nothing causing my abdominal discomfort that he can identify, so it’s trial and error time. He wants me to lay off dairy in case I’m lactose intolerant. Giving up sex would be easier for me. How long would I have to be off dairy to prove this is not the problem? (There’s a reason I’m not asking this on Threads. Cosmetics influencers just don’t know this stuff.)
