Somewhat surprisingly CVS lets you call and reach a person in corporate customer relations with minimal menu choices. So I got to lodge a complaint about how sending people a message that something was ordered and not telling them it's been back-ordered without an estimated date is unacceptable since they don't know to call their doctor for a new prescription or to find another pharmacy etc.
Was told my complaint with go to the district manager for the region, so maybe this does something?
