Canceling the oilsands carbon capture wouldn't be much of a loss (unlike a lot of other things if Poilievre gets int) Carbon capture is insanely expensive, and the fundamental physics means it's always going to make more sense to just leave it in the ground, possibly excepting a few high-value uses like airplanes - and even then only at costs at least twice current flight costs.
