GM, the GrapheneOS team built a nice web installer. It comes with thorough documentation and worked in my environment. It's good even for motivated normies.
Last time I installed GrapheneOS, it was a Pixel 3a and CLI was the only install option. It worked great but not something I could recommend to normie friends. Pumped to try the web installer on a Pixel 8a now that they have sandboxed Google services. Will report back when complete.
