What's the point of a track my package app or web site that tells you that the package left the warehouse at 7am this morning and is on it's way. No ETA, no way of knowing if when it will arrive and no warning that today it was going to arrive today until it's already 11 am on said day...

I know that delivery is a pain to do, but the sites all seem to have been designed by people who have never had to work for a living, have a life and have servants to accept a delivery on their behalf!
