i am going to put "adding a tags to the list" in my mental notes anyway, because obviously on a decent sized store with a lot of active users dropping substantial amounts of content each on it, besides the already benefit of their events having shorter npub fields in the store, it then includes this for outbound links, essentially, it's not relevant so much how it looks on the wire, as how much space and time it takes to store it
