Some ideas for the next country which can be financially supported by human tax money (time) when ucraine war would be over?

I'm not sure that the world can handle peace and no more money flowing into weapons and biological wars.

I'm glad amd pretty sure that there are some wise people in the background already working to stop humans to get into boringness.
