Tonight's vintage project: upgrading the capacity of the memory expansion board on my PowerBook 160.
This was originally a 6MB expansion, but one of the modules was bad when I got it, so I downgraded it to 4MB.
At one point I got about a dozen of HM628512 memory modules, but never completed the upgrade.
Tonight I brought it back to 6MB for a total of 10MB -- great. But when I added another round of 4x512K modules, I'm still getting only 10MB total, instead of 12MB. What gives?
