Yeah that’s an unfortunate reality. Some people will violate other people’s property and rights. That will never go away. The best course of action is to prevent others from harming you. If your windows are never broken, your life is much easier than trying to catch the guy that broke your window. Avoidance is better than defense. Defense is better than revenge.
