If you want to know whether a tech company has any clue about how it's going to recover from being in an utter mess watch where the money goes. If it goes into retaining staff, quality of life and focussing sharply on core businesses then there is hope. If instead they spend their effort cutting staff benefits and driving out all the smart people it's a very bad sign indeed.
