this cramping is unbearable, i feel like my feet just want to knot themselves like curling potato chips

i have to take serious steps at this point... i mean, it's obvious it's also electrolyte imbalance but that is pointing straight at my kidneys and peripheral neuropathy seems to be involved too

i think i literally have to cease all caffeine and alcohol altogether... or next thing i know my throat closes up from a cramp and i asphyxiate or something, i sometimes get that feeling when i yawn like it's gonna lock up
