Tried to ride outside but I fell prey to the suggested firmware upgrade for my SRAM power meter, then found the SRAM battery needed to be charged and by then it was getting too late to head out so I jumped on the KICKR Bike for a 2 1/2 hour but numbing ride instead.

Poor planning leads to piss poor performance.

But I'm retired so it just doesn't matter.

Also XERT punished me for my efforts by adapting my training plan to put 5 high intensity sessions in the hopper for next week.
