Yes i noticed it was from the UN and i have no reason not to believe it. And they do very well to make a case to the ICC. Just not fall into "panic" because all of these stories. Many are fake and i am not talking about the UN story. In fact there are other clues also that there are scums among the russian soldiers (ukranian soldiers too of course). Recently for example some scum rusdians soldiers convicted because the killed a hero of Donbass called Bentley who was a great supporter of Russia.
