The email has many implausible concepts;
Ownership of a 1st vehicle make/model/year is easily obtainable info, not good for unique positive ID.
Shifting attn to China & US anti gravitic crafts as the NJ drones is dubious.
The email refs a VBIED used as defense & he's intentionally keeping a cell phone so they can track him. His intention is to get to Mexico. This makes little sense to me.
