Oh, the #Chevron reversal. That was a long time coming.
It does not mean that everything is going to court all the time. It means that, when you challenge an authority's decision in court, the authority's reasonable interpretation of law is no longer deemed correct by default. Courts are now able to check if the authority's interpretation of law is actually correct.
(Law, as used above, refers to law specific to the authority's realm, auch as aviation law for the FAA.)
