This truck crashed onto the pavement and its trailer ended up overturned on the highway. It's on a residential road close to the local primary school. It was either going too fast or the brakes failed. The truck is older than me and doesn't require an MOT. I hope that it's been properly maintained. I cannot under stand why any vehicle should not require an MOT to use the public highway.
