What is Art. It depends. It’s harmony for the universe. It’s Beauty for us human being. It’s inspiration to individuals for a better life. Human can be the Creator of Art, but not the only one. We don’t know who creates Sun, who creates Hydrogen, or even who is God, but they are all Art in some way! For now, deep learning has made some progress towards AGI, but far from it. AGI itself as the greatest Art for human, it may never be touchable, but I believe people can use it or even it self can make some Art for the world before that. The picture you post is just some artificial product of imperfect training, attractive at first glance but not Art.
