If you want to see evidence of the growing inequality in Aotearoa, do, as I have done over the past few days, visit various labs you go to give blood samples. In Kilbirnie and Porirua here in the capital those waiting in the small cramped spaces are clearly all have significant health issues, poor, or old - or all three. In contrast those waiting in the spacious, airy lab on The Terrace in the heart of the CBD weren't obviously any of those - except for the odd, older chap like myself.
