Can't believe I'm about to say this, but Elon Musk is actually about to do something good for Twitter, namely allowing blocked people to still see the blockers posts.

The other way is silly and childish; microblogging is public-by-default and there's little to be gained from something so easily worked around; better to cement the truth in peoples heads -- what you put here is PUBLIC.
