So reports are now starting to come in, that the Bibas children were strangled, or killed "with bare hands", and then their bodies were made to look like they might have died in a bombing.

And that the woman whose body was handed over wasn't their mother at all. Hamas claims this was "an unfortunate mistake".

Who could've possibly seen that coming.

So far I've only seen it in two sources (one Reuters), no doubt more will come overnight and tomorrow.

At this point I'm treating the news of the kids' cause of death as not yet quite confirmed. But I'm not the least bit surprised, unfortunately.
