i just had a portuguese bank refuse to accept a SEPA payment via my xapo bank... suddenly there was this USD back in my account and i was like "what is this" and then i thought, "oh, this is related to the bank asking me to doxx my landlady's citizenship/residence and FUCKING DATE OF BIRTH"
i'm like, ok, well, shit, so now i have to deal with what is probably going to be a bit risky now, this feels like european union financial privacy violations that are incroaching on me with my semi-UK based tax-haven bitcoin bank
i've had this happen before, where they warned me a counterparty bank would refuse a SEPA payment but it looks like this is about to start becoming the norm
hopefully for the time being the credit card clearinghouse services are not going to be affected, and i mentioned to my landlady's gopher that i can easily pay in bitcoin... but that's probably not very viable at this point, but i had to drop it because i do literally save my cash as bitcoin and i'm extremely distrustful of what the EU is going to do next to make my life more difficult and snoop on me and claim that i owe them money for some newly created excuse to rob people
the final stages of the global hegemon of this era are definitely in process, they are debasing the money at a rate of knots, and they are fabricating every possible excuse to steal as much of people's wealth as possible
