You’re missing the part where the content can be tipped directly, so instead of ❤️ which means nothing there will be ⚡️ which financially rewards the content creators
Spam will be fixed with paid relays - no-one will be able to pay to put all their bots on relays that people want to use. That functionality was released yesterday.
