Most of the leg-work seems to be done by early-career grads who couldn't possibly have the deep knowledge needed to drop in and actually improve any business process that's complicated enough that the people in a company working on it every day couldn't improve it themselves.
I was intending on making this post about McKinsey perpetuating fossil fuel use but I got stuck on the idiocy of these firms even existing.
Were they once useful? Did they start out with knowledgeable people?
